Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Also included in this latest image disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.

Further images released as part of the current congressional release.
